We thought you might like a heads-up on the entire weekend's schedule, so below is the list. Note that all guests will have access to picking up a brochure for the weekend that has all this info in it as well.

Friday, May 20

Since so many of our guests are here from out of town, we wanted to ensure you had at least one evening to enjoy the charm of a late-spring New Orleans evening on the town. - and tonight is that night!

Stroll through the Quarter, grab a bite at one of the fabuous restaurants, drink your fill at some of the local bars, and enjoy friends.

Unless, of course, you are the wedding party or essential crew! In that case, your presence will be requested for the rehearsal and following dinner. Don't worry, we have left you plenty of time to paint the town after you acquiesce to our demands...

WEDDING REHEARSAL
5:00pm, City Park

Who: the bride and groom, their parents, maid of honor, best man, master of ceremonies, photographer, SoundMaestro, and respective dates who might be interested in attending

The drill to prove we know the drill! We'll caravan over to City Park for a full run-through of the ceremony and review of the reception space and setup. Estimated time: 1.5 hours max

REHEARSAL DINNER
7:00pm, Maximo's Italian Grille

Who: all of thee above

Now that you have sweated and practiced for us, it's time for a tasty Italian dinner at Maximo's on Decatur. Dinner will wrap up between 9 and 10, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the evening.

Saturday, May 21

It's the big day! Since the festivities don't begin until evening, you have plenty of time to see the sights or sleep off Friday night's good time.

Szazszorszapathy has chosen enchanting New Orleans City Park for both the ceremony and reception. For more information on the park and suggested pre-ceremony activities, please reference the Destination Guide section.

Be sure to check out the destination guide to get more detailed information on maps to the events, plus transportation options with times & cost.

CHATEAU WILLCORE OPEN HOUSE
11:00am - 2:00pm, Trufant House, Garden District
1241 Philip (Phillip at Chestnut)

Who: anyone who wants to drop off a change of clothes for the After- Party or view the home

Since the after-party location is a family home in the Garden District, , we had a few requests from guests to see/tour it in case they didn't make it to the party. Though the house is not a Garden District "tour home," it is a lovely example of a lived-in family home and Will has graciously agreed to be on hand to show you around.

Also, for those who want to skip swinging by your hotel between the reception and afterparty, we invite you to drop off a change of clothes during this open house time.

LADIES' LUNCH w/ THE BRIDE
2:30pm - 3:30pm, la Madeleine on Jackson Square

Who: ladies who are so inclined

In leui of a bridal shower, ladies are invited to join the bride and her entourage post-hair & nails for a relaxing late lunch of light, tasty food at la Madeleine. Bring yourself, your good humor and help her wile away the hours before getting ready!

THE CEREMONY - 7:00pm - 7:30pm

The bride and groom are going to doll up again for some light-hearted candid photo opportunities around the city. Our photographer will be leading the charge, but we encourage friends and family who want to snap photos to come with us. We'll begin in the Quarter, but would also like to make it to a few other spots. Join for some or all!
