![]() original, powerful spell, since it does no damage to the player we accepted its idea.. we had already used an anti-'water' spell which this one would be as well.. so we went anti-non-flying.. which is something I thought blue would have as a counter to greens hurricane. |

![]() original, again slight worry about the direct damage, but throughin in the sac a creature and limiting where the damage can be done fit with the idea of psionic blast.. at least to us. that and like Snowball(white) its expensive and rarer. |

![]() Rare-3 original, now thats blasting everything out of the game, one of the places where a strip give more than one idea. I think it fits the Rare well. |
![]() original, originally an artifact but its ability screammed blue so there was some last minute trading. Sort of a doppleganger in an enchantment. Had to add the "use once" since enchantments dont tap.. though it means each persons turn it can be used.. might need to say use once per round. |
![]() Rare-3 original, it said 'I huge, and I destroy things' so we let it, but made limits on it both in the upkeep and what it can destroy.. though blues land changing can make this card very nice. |
![]() Rare-2 original, again originally an artifact, but its just plain blue. We hoped its power and rarity would be balanced with its drawbacks of all the mana being tied up, and that once its cast it runs the course of its life, the controller cant easily end its effect. |
![]() Rare-1 original, Ahh rare 1's, what we will let go. This is the ultimate blue armegeddon, makes whirlpool look tame. but whirlpools XX and damage makes this a better option, shame is a Rare-1. |
