Plans emerge for an elegant celebration of the joining of Apathy Inc. and Szazszorszep Enterprises .

NEW ORLEANS, LA November 1, 2004 -- Apathy Inc. and Szazszorszep Enterprises announced in a joint press conference today the plans for their upcoming union.

"After much consideration, Mr. Schneider and I have decided that we could not look upon the dawn of our new corporation, Szazszorszapathy, without the presence of our shareholders. Their steadfast support was integral to this merger, and it is our intention to provide them with a celebration of thanks for believing in our success," Ms. Bilgic announced from the podium.

"Our top priority is to assure that the maximum number of shareholders can attend the event," stated Mr. Schneider. "While we look forward to the ceremony sealing our union, we are most excited by the prospect of seeing so many familiar faces brought together. This is as much their celebration as it is ours!"

The event will be held on May 21, 2005 in New Orleans, a city long-recognized as Apathy Inc.'s favorite headquarters and the current seat of operations for both companies. Mr. Schneider and Ms. Bilgic have selected City Park as the location, citing the hundred year-old oak trees, spanish moss and natural beauty as the deciding factor. An evening affair, the ceremony is scheduled for 7:00pm in an outdoor pavilion, followed by a reception in a 2nd floor ballroom with a wrap-around balcony. An after party is also scheduled for shareholders who wish to continue the celebration into the night.

"We have no intention of ducking out half-way through the evening to tend to corporate business," said Ms. Bilgic. "Our entire objective that weekend is to give back to our shareholders everything they have so graciously given to us."

"We can take turns holding each other's hair," Mr. Schneider added as Ms. Bilgic shot him a look.
